Our services are designed to assist physically challenged young adults who are referred to us through a family member or physician's office. We have an LPN and an RN on staff 3 times monthly, and we offer case manager services. Individuals under our care can enjoy socializing events like field trips, as well as board games and daily devotions.
We offer breakfast, lunch, and snacks, and will remind those under our care when it's time to take their medication.
